I had a great experience with this company. Duke was my case manager and he answered every question I asked. He was very patient and made sure I went into this knowing as much as possible. Malcom was the installer and he did a clean install. I had a few tradies came in to do different jobs last 6 months and he all left a mess, but not Malcom and Solar Miner.

Ryan in particular was very helpful. I started out with limited knowledge as to what was required, other than that I would like to install a solar system with a battery.

Throughout the process, Ryan was very responsive and addressed all my queries promptly and completely. He made sure that I was kept informed at every stage, despite it being a busy season with the deadline for the battery rebates looming.
