From beginning to end dealing with solar miner has been easy and a pleasure. Sign up was simple and malcom was very helpful, knowledgeable and prompt with responding to my emails. Install was an absolute breeze the team that came out were all friendly, polite and professional. They turned up at the agreed upon time, ran out my husband and I through everything, answered all our questions and left the “work site” spotless! Setting the app up was a major pain in the butt but this was due to a user error and not a solar miner one. 10/10

Had an issue with Solax Inverter stopped working just over 2 years after installation. I called Solar Miner customer service and spoke with Brett. He asked me to turn the unit off and then on again, but this did not fix the problem.
Brett then notified the Solax manufacturer, and after sending them some photos, they decided after 4 weeks to send a new Inverter, which was changed over by our local electrician. When the electrician got the roof to turn the system off, he commented on what a neat and great job the installers had done.
