My experience with solar miner was good. Duke, our sales assistance and Malcom from service were quick to respond to questions and provide updates. The whole process from contract to installation went smoothly.

I got 4 quotes before going with solar miner and they were all significantly more expensive, almost twice the price for a lower capacity system.

The installer was excellent and he managed to give me every feature I wanted including backup function which required a lot of re-wiring. He also helped to install the app on my phone as well.

My foxess f5000 stops working for 5 years and i contact solarminer and they got me touch with Brett the technician. Brett ask me some info regarding the inverter and did some over the air change and it starts working. I am very pleased with the support I got after so many years and really
