I had a great experience with this company. Duke was my case manager and he answered every question I asked. He was very patient and made sure I went into this knowing as much as possible. Malcom was the installer and he did a clean install. I had a few tradies came in to do different jobs last 6 months and he all left a mess, but not Malcom and Solar Miner.

A great and seamless experience with Solar Miner installing our Fox ESS battery system. The installation was completed in 10 days, just before the May deadline as committed 😊.

Solar Miner recently installed a solar system at my home, and the experience has been excellent.

Ryan in particular was very helpful. I started out with limited knowledge as to what was required, other than that I would like to install a solar system with a battery.

Throughout the process, Ryan was very responsive and addressed all my queries promptly and completely. He made sure that I was kept informed at every stage, despite it being a busy season with the deadline for the battery rebates looming.

The installation itself was smooth and professional and completed on time. The team was very efficient and left everything clean and tidy.

Overall, it was a very pleasant, and stress-less experience, much better than what I expected it to be. I definitely recommend Solar Miner if you’re considering a solar system.
